3. The Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any return request.

The video must be uncut and unedited.

It must clearly show the original packaging, including the shipping label with your tracking number and name.

The video must capture the opening of the package and clearly show the damage, defect, or incorrect item in real-time.

Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.
4. The 48-Hour Reporting Window
Time is of the essence when resolving delivery issues. If you encounter one of the eligible issues mentioned above, you must report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We cannot process claims raised after this 48-hour window has closed.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
To avoid any confusion, please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

You simply do not like the product or changed your mind.

You ordered the wrong item, size, or color by mistake.

The product shows signs of use, wear, or intentional tampering.

The 48-hour reporting window has expired.

No unboxing video is provided.
6. How to Initiate a Return Request
If your situation meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate your claim:

Attach the mandatory, uncut unboxing video and a few clear photographs of the issue.
7. Verification Process
Once we receive your return request and media files, our quality assurance team will review the claim. This verification process typically takes [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24-48 hours]. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
8. Return Shipping and Pickup
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, complete with all original tags, accessories, user manuals, and invoices. The item must be handed over to our courier partner in the exact condition it was received.
9. Issuance of Replacements
Our primary method of resolution is a replacement. If your claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement of the exact same product to you at no additional shipping cost.
10. Processing Refunds
A refund will only be initiated if:

The verified requested replacement product is currently out of stock.

We explicitly agree to a refund during the resolution process. Once a refund is approved and the returned item reaches our warehouse, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 Working Days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
