All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 Working Days from the time your order is placed and payment is verified. Please note that "processing time" refers to the time it takes to prepare your items for shipment, not the time it takes for the package to arrive.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 Working Days.

  • Urban Areas: Deliveries typically arrive on the earlier end of this window.

  • Remote or Rural Areas: Deliveries may take the full 8 working days, or occasionally slightly longer, depending on your exact location and local courier routes.

3. Business Days and Holidays

Please be aware that our processing and shipping timelines are based on standard Working Days (Monday through Friday).

  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national/public holidays are not considered working days.

  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing on the next available working day.

4. Shipment Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS, if opted in) containing your unique tracking details and a link to trace your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update the tracking information.

5. Shipping Rates

While our 5–8 working day delivery window is highly accurate in most cases, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. Circumstances entirely out of our control—such as severe weather events, natural disasters, courier network disruptions, or heavy holiday shipping volumes—may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience should these rare events happen.

9. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on warehouse availability and item dimensions. If your order is split, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.
